Product Assurance

We stand behind what we sell. Here's what our product assurance covers.

1Year Limited
Warranty
Every Culinvaro product is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, when assembled, used and cared for according to the guidelines on this page.

What's covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials, construction or finish
  • Frames, hinges, mechanisms or hardware that fail under normal household use
  • Products that don't perform as described when used and cared for as intended

What's not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual changes in finish or fabric over time
  • Damage from misuse, overloading beyond the listed maximum load, or improper cleaning
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, accidents or exposure to extreme heat or moisture
  • Scratches, stains or chips that occur after delivery

To make a claim, contact our team with your order number, a description of the issue and a few photos. We'll review your claim and offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Extending the Life of Your Furniture

Good furniture is an investment, and a little routine care pays off for years. Dust and wipe surfaces regularly, clean spills right away, and protect tabletops and floors with coasters, placemats and felt pads. Check screws and hardware every few months and tighten them if they've loosened. If a hinge, extension mechanism or joint stops working smoothly, reach out to us before retiring the piece. It's often a quick fix rather than a reason to replace it.
